Have you ever wanted to change the world? Remove anything you don’t like so you can do things your way? If so, maybe you have a thing or two in common with Nika. She’s a smart seven year old girl who doesn’t like the world she lives in, so she used her skills to build MechaNika, a ten foot tall combat mech to destroy anything that isn’t great. . And that includes history books, programmed obsolescence, kitschy dresses, endless boring video game sagas, and pea soup, to name a few.
As soon as you join Nika in this adventure, you will realize that you are not the only one who has “special” projects for the world, so you will have to deal with them in one way or another. During your mission, you’ll enter a flashy paradise of obligatory happiness, discover a techno-slave empire ruled by an infamous society, and visit a digital hideout for boring, uninspired storytellers. You and Nika will travel through the psychotic world and experience 18 completely different environments with a lot of things that are no longer cool enough to exist. It’s time to reset. Or maybe not, because as you explore this psychotic world, you will come across many monsters and come across unexpected situations where things may not be what they seem. You will have to use your mind to assess possible outcomes and make difficult and irreversible decisions.
To help you make the right decisions, MechaNika comes with four menacing weapons: a mutilating radial saw, an amazing electro beam emitter, a doll-headed explosive grenade launcher, and a heavy mass thruster. Not enough? Don’t worry, as you will be able to collect Scrap Metal from defeated enemies and destroyed environments and use it to boost MechaNika’s core energy. A new base level means a new special attack unlocked. And you have four choices: weightlifter, electroblast, pyrorain, and groundgracker. A deadly mecha of mass destruction, the definitive god of chaos, awaits you in Colossus down.
Speaking of gods. Nika has a friend, Agatha. She is an insomniac girl who loves animals, loves to eat meat and works in her mother’s butcher’s shop slaughtering piglets and chicks at night. And she just created carnivorism, a new religion for animals. Agatha and the big bleeding pig, god of carnivorism, will join you, Nika and MechaNika in your quest for destruction, spreading the word of their fleshy religion and converting all heretics. The cooperative mode for two players in Colossus down will then be invoked.
This co-op mode will feature new storytelling events and a new, deeper layer of strategic combat thanks to the Pig God’s new skill set: the Magical Meatball, Corrosive Tears of Blood and, of course, an extra-sharp Butcher Knife. Four additional special attacks will also be available for the Big Pig who bleeds during the quest: Chopped Tornado, Cleansing Flock, Scarlet Vomit, and Divine Retribution.
Colossus down is the new epic of Psycotic Adventures, a game series spanning all genres with dark stories and twisted characters from the unique and colorful psychotic world. Strategic destruction, decision-making, and a spicy storyline come together in this combination of beat’em up, shoot’em up, platforming and puzzles. Now is the time for you to join Nika, MechaNika, Agatha and the big bleeding pig in this weird and crazy mission. So, are you ready for destruction?
Nika has just completed the first phase of her plan to destroy everything uncool: building a combat mech called MechaNika. There’s no time to waste, so join Nika, get your hands on MechaNika’s controls, and demolish the entire planet. We have to put an end to the history books, planned obsolescence, kitschy dresses, endless sagas of boring video games and pea soup. And if there is anyone in the world who hates vegetables more than Nika, it’s her friend Agatha, the insomniac butcher and prophetess of carnivorism who loves animals and their succulent meat in equal measure. This is why, when she learns the objectives of Nika’s plan, she does not hesitate to join the destruction mission alongside the Big Bleeding Pig, god of carnivorism, to subdue all the weed-eating unbelievers who get in the way. But be careful, because along the way, you will realize that Nika and Agatha are not the only ones with a plan to change the world, and everything is not as simple as it might have seemed at first. You will have to make difficult and irreversible decisions to achieve or give up on your goals.
