March Madness First Four 2021: Live Scores, TV Show, Stream for NCAA Tournament Opening Games

If the NCAA tournament is the main course for college basketball fans, then the top four are the appetizer.

Yet few appetizers have quite the choice that the 2021 first four. It takes place entirely on Thursday and ends with a battle of blue blood in the state of Michigan against UCLA, which will fight for the 11th seed in the Eastern region. Spartans fans are no doubt angered by their placement in the tournament, but you can’t deny that it will be a fantastic finish for the top four list.

The remaining games – Mount St. Mary’s vs. Texas Southern, Wichita State vs. Drake, and Norfolk State vs. Appalachian State – don’t seem as interesting to basketball fans … but are you really going to pass up your first NCAA Action? tournament for the first two years?
