The recently concluded two-night WWE WrestleMania The event presented huge talking points. Randy Orton vs The Fiend was the first game of the second night of the pay-per-view, and it left a lot of fans confused.
The Fiend appeared to be the clear favorite ahead of the fight. But he lost to Orton at WrestleMania, thanks to a surreal distraction from Bliss. Towards the end of the match, Bliss emerged on top of the gigantic Jack-in-the-Box as a mysterious black liquid covered her entire face.
This bizarre development distracted The Fiend, and Orton took the opportunity to take him down with an RKO for the win.
After Orton left the ring, The Fiend looked at Bliss, seemingly confused. The public did not get a response to what had just happened as the two stars quickly disappeared from the ring.
With so many questions in mind, here are five things that could happen after the shock of The Fiend and Randy Orton’s WrestleMania 37.
# 5 Sister Abigail emerges on WWE RAW
The next edition of WWE RAW has to underline to some extent the aftermath of The Fiend and Randy Orton’s WrestleMania match. On the surface, it looks like Alexa Bliss betrayed The Fiend, but there might be darker forces at play here.
Ever since Bliss joined The Fiend, fans across social media have compared her to Sister Abigail. For those who don’t remember, Abigail was a fictional guiding force who had a powerful presence in Bray Wyatt’s life. In terms of the script, it is said to have passed a long time ago.
For years, fans have speculated which WWE star could take on the role of Sister Abigail. Alexa Bliss’ character transformation is an ongoing process, and the end result could see her fully embracing Abigail’s mind.
Bliss appeared to have transformed into Abigail at WrestleMania, with the black liquid smeared all over her face, closely resembling the rough descriptions of Abigail on WWE TV.
Now the question remains: why would Abigail’s mind torment The Fiend in 2021?
You have to think about all those cases where this result was announced to WWE. Bliss was introduced as Sister Abigail during the Wyatt Swamp Fight last year, well before the actual transformation took off.
Abigail’s mind has taken a back seat since The Fiend was introduced in 2019. Perhaps at WrestleMania, Bliss was used as a vessel by Abigail so that she could finally “appear” in front of the WWE universe.
Sister Abigail could have possessed Alexa Bliss to start a major feud with Bray Wyatt from that point on.
