A few weeks before us finally say goodbye to Flash, Adobe has rolled out a final update to Flash Player. Rather than the detailed feature changes that we typically read in the patch notes, Adobe took the opportunity to give the software a good send.
“Today marks the last planned version of Flash Player for all regions outside of mainland China,” Adobe wrote. “We want to take a moment to thank all of our customers and developers who have used and created amazing Flash Player content over the past two decades. We are proud that Flash has played a pivotal role in the evolution of web content through animation, interactivity, audio, and video. We’re excited to help lead the next era of digital experiences. “
