Daniel Jones is set to start for the Giants when they face the Ravens on Sunday.
The Giants quarterback struggled with ankle and knee injuries that led him to miss the Week 15 20-6 loss to the Cleveland Browns. Substitute Colt McCoy replaced Jones in that game, as well as the end of their surprise win over the Seattle Seahawks earlier this month.

But NFL.com reports second-year pro Jones was deemed fit enough to start after his condition improved throughout the week in practice.
# Giants Quarterback Daniel Jones, struggling with hamstring and ankle injuries, starts tomorrow, I think and @TomPelissero. It has been like this all week, so no surprises. But it’s Jones against the # Crows.

With two games remaining, the 5-9 Giants chase the Washington football team ahead of the NFC East (6-8) before their trip to Baltimore.
It’s also a game with playoff implications for Lamar Jackson and the Ravens, who currently sit outside the AFC Wildcard spots despite a 9-5 record.
The Giants have failed to score 20 points in each of their last four games, while the Rolling Ravens have averaged over 40 in three straight wins against the Dallas Cowboys, Browns and Jacksonville Jaguars.
While Jones hasn’t had a vintage season – his 78.2 passer rating ranks 32nd out of 36 qualifying QBs – he represents the Giants’ best chance of a contraction.
