Jimmy Lai, a leading media mogul and pro-democracy activist, has been indicted under Hong Kong’s National Security Act, local media reported on Friday.
Police have confirmed that a 73-year-old man has been charged with offenses including “colluding with a foreign country or with outside elements to endanger national security” and would appear in court on Saturday.
