Korg says it has a “straightforward performance-oriented interface” and a “deep feature sequencer” but didn’t provide more details than that. Most Korg recent instruments dating from Original minilogue in 2016 focused on button-by-function controls, so I would expect more of the same here. As for the sequencer, well, Korg recently made the SQ-64 sound awesome, and it would make sense for them to bring in some functionality from that while keeping the logic line motion sequencing intact for automation of parameters.
Unfortunately, we don’t have much more to share beyond that. The Drumlogue is still very much in development, and while it may be released before the end of the year, Korg has yet to offer a release window.
