Update: When Funko first announced a wave of pop characters based on Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, it looked like it would be a smaller line made up of just three numbers, all of Miles. That number rose to 11, with Funko planning to launch a second series in April.

Oddly enough, all the numbers are once again just Miles. Prowler, Rhino, and other characters have yet to get any Pop figures. This line, however, dives deep into the suits closest to Miles and includes the technology-based 2020 suit, the Bodega Cat suit, the winter suit, and more. You can see all the new additions below:

Original story: Many of you make your way through Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales on your PlayStation 4 or the newly purchased PlayStation 5. If you love what you play, or are just a huge fan of Miles Morales, you will soon be able to add three new Funko Pop figures inspired by the game to your collection.

Contrary to The figures which were created for Marvel’s Spider-Man in 2018, you won’t get villain numbers or supporting characters. The three figures represent Miles in action. The first Pop is what Insomniac calls Miles’ “iconic costume”, which is inspired by his traditional comic book costume. He’s up in the air and ready to hit someone with a Venom Punch. Since it is very posed, it must be positioned on a support.

The second figure is exactly the same pose, but without a mask, just like the recently released Game Informer cover story.

The third figure is slightly different in the pose, showing Miles hovering in the air on a webline. We also see it in his elegant tracksuit.

These three figures are in traditional Funko Pop scale and will be available on March 4.

I reviewed Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales for Game Informer and gave it a respectable 9 out of 10 ratings, saying, “For a second act, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales satisfies. Taking the web line and flying over a wintery New York skyline is just as thrilling as it was before, and Miles turns into a fantasy hero. The follow-up doesn’t have such a sinister punch, but it offers some great twists and turns with yet another eye-opening post-credits streak that teases an exciting future for Insomniac’s Spider-Man series. “

Are you playing Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales? What do you think of this so far? In that same breath, what do you think of the PlayStation 5 if you play the game on it?
