New Zealand Warriors signing Euan Aitken is set to miss more than half of the NRL season after injuring his left ankle on his club debut on Saturday.
The ancient dragon injured his ankle during Warriors’ 19-6 win over Gold Coast Titans at Central Coast Stadium.
The Warriors said in a statement that Aitken will be operated on this week after suffering a sprained ankle and being sidelined for eight to ten weeks.
