Night City offers several opportunities for V to have pure sexual relations. There are no complete romances like the ones V can have with four characters above.
First, let’s clarify something: if you’re looking for how to watch comics, you know, erotics, V can’t use them. You can buy Erotic Braindances in sex shops and find them in Night City, but there is a line in the description that says it is incompatible with V. It will only show up in your inventory as junk, you would. so better to save your credits. for something else.

A date with Meredith Stout
While not a “real” romance character, you can meet Meredith Stout if you side with her on the mission. The pick up.
For this to happen, you must decide to meet Meredith Stout before going to meet the Maelstrom gang, and not tell them about Militech’s plans. Once you’ve picked up the Spider Drone and defeated the Maelstrom Gang, leave the warehouse and talk to Meredith, and she’ll imply that she might use it for you in the future.

Meredith will be waiting for you and you can initiate a one-night stand, but you will not be able to contact her for repeated encounters.
Note that after sex has ended, you can check the bed for a very powerful iconic blunt weapon: a dildo called Sir John Phallustiff, which can deal a surprising amount of damage and can be upgraded.
Please note: If you play Cyberpunk 2077 in a censored mode, the game will replace the offensive element with something a little more tasteful – an electrified stun staff, but it will be just an unusual, not iconic, regular weapon.
