TIC Tac Told TechCrunch Public creator accounts with more than 10,000 subscribers can choose to test the feature through the app’s settings menu. Once they do, their followers will see two new icons that will allow them to ask questions through their profile page and the comments section of the videos they post. In turn, the creators can respond with video or text. The feature simplifies the question-and-answer process as they can see all the questions their fans have submitted through part of the app’s interface. As a bonus, it also works with Live, TikTok’s live streaming feature.
