During Square Enix’s presentation, new information regarding the Tomb Raider reboot trilogy was announced in the form of the Definitive Survivors Trilogy. Because who doesn’t want to celebrate lara croft?

A pack featuring the last three adventures of Lara Croft, the Definitive Survivor Trilogy delves into Lara’s very first expedition aboard the Endurance ship to the mythical island of Yamatai. This is followed by Rise of the Tomb Raider which builds on the 2013 origin story and chronicles the events that led to Lara Croft’s nickname “tomb raider”. Suffering from post-traumatic stress after the catastrophic events of Yamatai, Lara travels to the lost city of Kitezh to unearth the secrets of her father’s research. Shadow of the Tomb Raider ends the epic reboot trilogy in the ancient South American city of Paititi where an apocalyptic Mayan conspiracy has been unleashed.

In addition to the three games, players will also have access to over 12 hours of additional DLC that includes additional graves across the last two games as well as standalone side stories like Baba Yaga: The Witch’s Temple and Blood Ties.

Aside from the Definitive Survivors Trilogy, a new Tomb Raider statue “The Lost Valley” has also been shown. While the statue is still in the works, it appears to be a remarkably detailed piece of work that would be a perfect fit for any Tomb Raider fanatic’s collection. The statue features Lara in her classic outfit as she fends off two hungry raptors (see above). It’s unclear when the statue will be ready for pre-order / purchase, but there will likely be more information on these details at a later date.

Both the Trilogy and the Definitive Survivor statue are part of the Tomb Raider 25th anniversary celebration. The bundled trilogy is already available for purchase at a very reasonable price of $ 20 on Microsoft and PlayStation stores. This award, however, is only valid for a limited time, so grab a copy as soon as you can and become the adventurer you’ve always been meant to be!
