Legendary has revealed a new poster for Godzilla vs Kong in anticipation of a new trailer that will be released on Sunday January 24, this trailer will be the first full trailer for the film released and although no one is sure exactly what’s going to be going on. happen in the movie, one thing is clear: Godzilla and Kong have a bone to choose from with each other. It is very apparent in the new Legendary poster unveiled today, which shows Godzilla swimming towards a town apparently besieged by Kong.
As you can see from the poster above, it looks like by the end of this movie either Godzilla or Kong will have fallen and it’s likely we’ll get a tease of this impending showdown in the very first trailer of the movie when it airs on Sunday, January 24.
This new poster arrives weeks before the the film is released on March 26. Godzilla vs. Kong was originally set to hit theaters in 2020, but COVID-19 has postponed the release of this film to a later date as he has done for dozens of other films. It was then slated for a March 21 release before being delayed five days to March 26 last week.
Godzilla vs Kong is a sequel to 2019’s Godzilla: King of the Monsters and 2017’s Kong: Skull Island and stars Millie Bobbie Brown, Alexander Skarsgård and Rebecca Hall. It was directed by Adam Wingard, known for his horror films like You’re Next, V / H / S and Blair Witch.
This movie’s fight between its two titular monsters is the focus of Godzilla’s 2014 reboot and it’s a face-to-face that fans have been eager to see ever since. the first images of Godzilla vs. Kong was released at the end of last year.
