How to find Haldor the Merchant in Valheim
Due to the procedural nature of Valheim, pointing Haldor the Merchant isn’t exactly an easy task as its exact location is going to be different for each player.
Fortunately, Haldor will only appear in the Black Forest biome – the same area the game will eventually encourage you to explore after defeating the first boss, Eikthyr.
Note that a large bag icon will appear on the world map if you are within a 2 km radius of Haldor while exploring the world.
Another good thing to mention is that once the merchant shows up on your map and sets up their store, their location will remain the same throughout your game, so you don’t have to worry about constantly having to find Haldor.
