The best headphones less than $ 100 is harder to find than you might think. Here at WIRED, it’s part of our job to listen to music all day long, often on extremely whimsical and crazy models. We have playlists for testing the bass, for evaluating the details, for the dance parties – we’re getting into that. But believe it or not, we love testing cheap stuff just as much. When checking out headphones that have the most tech inside for the money, it seems like every year companies are making better models.
It does not mean that our work is done; e-merchants are still full of cheap and awful headphones, so we’ll continue to listen and update our choices every few months.
