Patrol of Fate

Doom Patrol, which recently switched from DC Universe to HBO Max (along with the rest of the DC Universe super-slate), combines deep, introspective character drama with absurd hero humor in a way that’s unlike anything else. else on television. The Mandalorian

Plus, giant krayt dragons, lady frogs, black soldiers, Baby Yoda’s real name, Grand Admiral Thrawn’s big tease, and much more. It’s the perfect Star Wars storm, created by fans for fans, taking the franchise in creative new directions that make us all excited for the next step.

Umbrella Academy

If you’ve never seen a brawl to drop and hang out as part of The Backstreet Boys’ “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back),” you haven’t taken one of Netflix’s craziest rides, The Umbrella Academy. Time jumping, mind control, and mind possession are all essential when it comes to this show’s penchant for crazy action and chaos. This year, the Hargreeves siblings, trapped in 1960s Dallas, had to come together and unite again against another calamitous and reality-threatening danger. With quick banter, kinetic action sequences, a killer soundtrack, and complicated family dynamics at its heart, the second season of The Umbrella Academy was a tighter, more confident version of the series.

Westworld

Westworld has managed to totally reinvent itself in Season 3, taking the focus away from crazy theme parks and showing what happens when Dolores Abernathy leads her fight to liberate Android to the outside world. With several compelling new characters added to the mix in Season 3, the series remains one of the most frenzy-worthy and mind-blowing shows in the HBO lineup.
