If you’ve recently purchased a pair of Bose QuietComfort or Sport headphones, you’ve probably noticed that you can’t adjust the volume by pressing on your new headset. This was one of our main gripes with the first one when we got the chance to see them again. Fortunately, Bose went ahead and fixed this problem.
This week, the company updated its Bose Music app to add the much-requested functionality. But there are two things to keep in mind when it comes to implementation. To get started, you first need to delve into the Bose Music app and toggle the corresponding setting; volume controls on the device are not enabled by default. Also, once you turn them on, you will only be able to access them by pressing the right earbud.
