This page will go over everything you can expect to do during the Animal Crossing Festivale event, which takes place on February 15th. It takes inspiration from Mardi Gras / Carnival and is a colorful event built on great costumes, music and feathers. It features the special Pave character, who will guide you through the event, and it is guaranteed to not rain or snow on holidays.
You can not time travel to Festivale itself, but you can time travel two weeks prior to the event, allowing you to purchase all event items in advance.
This page will be updated as more information is revealed closer to the event!
Collect feathers
That will be the gist of Festivale from what it seems. You will need to find feathers around the island; the trailer shows a villager chasing one through the air, but you might also be able to get them from villager directly or by participating in Festivale events.

Of February 1st until February 15th, Nook’s Cranny will sell Festivale furniture, and Capable sisters will sell party outfits. There are 9 furniture and 3 clothes, and you can use time travel catch them.
Four new reactions have also been added for the event: Feelin ‘It, Let’s Go, Viva, Confetti. These will be available from Nook’s Crannycabinet of.

Paving stone
Pavé is a dancing peacock and the main character of Festivale. He will appear in town on February 15th to celebrate, and you must give him your feathers in exchange for special Festivale-related prizes. It will not appear if you time travel around the 15th for more than a day, you have to wait for it to happen naturally.
Finding Paver
Unlike a few special event characters, Pave isn’t hard to find, which matches his enthusiastic and caring demeanor. It sits in the town square, under a colorful arch.
