The App Store now offers Labels detailing the privacy practices of each application. Apple is now requiring developers to submit information about how they handle privacy with every update or new app. As such, you might not see the labels on apps that haven’t been updated for some time.
There are also new iOS photo features. IPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max users can now capture images in the Apple ProRAW formatand you can edit them in the Photos app. You can record video at 25 frames per second, and there is an option to mirror the selfie camera for still photos on various iPhone 6s, 7, 8 and X phones as well as iPhone SE.
Apple updated the TV app with a Apple TV + to make it easier to find the company’s original shows and films. You will be able to browse the listings by genre and other categories. the Application clips function has also been improved. You will be able to launch them by scanning Apple-designed App Clips codes through the camera or Control Center.
From today, the Health app’s menstrual cycle tracker offers the option of indicating pregnancy, contraceptive use or breastfeeding. Weather and Siri now provide recommendations for air quality at certain levels in the US, UK, Germany, India and Mexico. These two features and Siri will also display air quality data in mainland China.
There are a number of bug fixes in iOS 14.3, including for MMS messages which may not have been received and the MagSafe Duo charger may not be charging iPhones at maximum power.
