2020-21 has been a rather forgettable season for Juventus star Paulo Dybala. The Argentine has missed much of the season with an injury. He had initially struggled to settle under the tutelage of Andrea Pirlo.

Dybala is trying to get a new deal at Juventus and his injury issues are certainly not helping his case. According to TuttoSport, the Argentine was due to return towards the end of January. However, his pain resurfaced and now Pirlo has gotten used to playing without Paulo Dybala.

In Dybala’s absence, Juventus relied on Dejan Kulusevski and Alvaro Morata even though the latter also suffered an injury. As such, Dybala’s future at Juventus has a tinge of uncertainty on that as it stands.

Houssem Aouar has been touted as one of Juventus’ main transfer targets this summer. According to Transfer market, Juventus were so keen to land the French midfielder that they were ready to offer two players plus money in return for him.

Juventus have reportedly offered Federico Bernardeschi, Mattia De Sciglio and money to sign Aouar. However, the Ligue 1 team rejected their offer. Despite this, Juventus have retained their interest in Aouar and will seek to sign him this summer.

They will have to fend off competition from a multitude of teams interested in signing the 22-year-old.

Manchester United Veteran midfielder Juan Mata will become a free agent this summer. According to reports, Juventus, Inter Milan and AS Roma are all interested in signing the Spaniard at the end of the season.

Juan Mata has played a small role at Manchester United this season. The 32-year-old has been used sparingly this season and the Red Devils are unlikely to offer him a new deal. Mata is said to be looking for a new challenge and will consider moving to Italy.
