It may be the shortest month of the year, but Netflix is still adding plenty of new movies and TV shows to its lineup for February 2021. To start, Netflix is releasing Malcolm & Marie on February 5th, featuring John David. Tenet’s Washington and Spider-Man: Far From Home Zendaya. The film is a romantic drama in which “the filmmaker (Washington) and his girlfriend (Zendaya) return home after a festive film premiere as they await what is sure to be impending critical and financial success. The evening suddenly takes a turn as revelations about their relationship begin… to the surface, testing the strength of their love, ”according to the synopsis.

The streamer also launches a crazy new sci-fi film, called Space Sweepers on February 5, which follows the crew of the Victory spacecraft, who discovers a potentially dangerous (and very valuable) human robot wanted by authorities.

And on the television front, Netflix debuts on Firefly Lane on February 3, starring Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke. The series is based on the best-selling book of the same name, which tells the story of two friends and their complicated bond.
