Conference tournaments are underway in college basketball before March Madness.
A total of 31 automatic bids will be awarded for the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament in 2021 with the Ivy League on hiatus, the only conference that does not have a tournament. (Normally the 68 field includes 32 self-qualifiers and 36 general offers).
A total of 11 bids have been decided and 20 more will be handed out on the conference championship weekend. Saturday’s schedule includes 15 conference championship games:

Here’s a look at the full conference tournament schedule (in alphabetical order). The list below will be updated as teams score their tickets for March Madness. Sporting News will follow all automatic auctions to March Madness below as the range begins to fill. The rest of the automatic auctions will be decided Sunday selection, which is March 14.

Following the selection on Sunday, the first four games will end March Madness in Dayton, Ohio on March 18. The real first round will then begin, from March 19 to 20. The second round will follow from March 21 to 22.
