The next Steam Game Festival kicks off on February 3 and gives you access to playable demos of over 500 upcoming titles. Valve started to host last year’s virtual festival amid the coronavirus pandemic following the cancellation of game industry events such as the Game Developers Conference. The developer has tenuous not bad more iterations of the festival since then, and it’s become a way to showcase titles from indie game developers.

Valve has released a preview of some of the games that will be featured, especially a handful of action and strategy titles. Action titles for you to try include Runwild Entertainment Almighty: kill your gods, which will allow you to defend your island against gargantuan monsters, alone or with friends. Bloodroots by Paper Cult is a hyperstylized beat ’em up game about revenge, while Slipgate Ironworks’ Digging is a fantastic FPS. There is also the first game of Zenovia Steel assault, which is a 16-bit platform game set in post-apocalyptic America, and the hack-and-slash tower defense multiplayer game from Vaki Games Kingshunt.
