Damon, clearly weakened, urged his wife to “walk home” while the cops slapped him, and ended the video by saying “Blue Lives Matter,” a popular line among those who celebrate law enforcement.

“Hey brother, I’m a good guy, and I know people are trying to target me because I’m a Trump supporter,” Damon says.

According to body camera footage, the officer says Damon’s car swerved all the way and hit a sidewalk. Damon and his wife didn’t seem too cooperative with the police.

For TMZ, Damon’s blood alcohol level was 0.30, nearly four times the Florida state legal limit (0.08).

TMZ also reports that Damon has pleaded not guilty to the charge and is scheduled for a court day in May.
