Unleash your rage with Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood

Must read

When an evil society threatens nature and humanity, it is time for Mother Nature to strike back in a bloody campaign and a quest for personal redemption.

In Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood, available today on Xbox Series X | S and Xbox one, you play as Cahal, an exiled werewolf. While he certainly looks like the fierce, classic horror movie monster you know and love, he’s no villain – quite the contrary. In the world of darkness, where our game takes place, werewolves are a force of nature, warriors defending Earth against the corrupting influence of Wrym, a spirit of destruction and chaos. Thanks to the industrial might of Endron, a major oil and gas company, the Wrym shifts the balance of nature and threatens the way of life of your family, tribe and humanity. Now is the time to fight with all you have.

As a fierce fighter, you can transform into three different forms, each with their unique abilities:

  • The werewolf or “Crinos” form: A Crinos is the ultimate fighting machine, a towering beast capable of devastating acts of carnage. This powerful and aggressive form is at the heart of our action-oriented gameplay. Switch between Heavy and Agile postures, adapting to the different situations presented to you. Use them to break your enemies’ guard or evade incoming projectiles, using special moves to rush around the surroundings or deal massive damage to those around you. All the while ramp up your Frenzy, and once that meter is over you can unleash that Fury, becoming faster, stronger, and able to chain together even more lethal attacks. However, you will not be able to block or use special moves during this time.
  • The human form or “homide”: This is the perfect shape for social interactions and story progression. In this form, you can hack into computers, perform silent takedowns, or use your trusted crossbow to take out enemies from afar or (with some upgrade) disable electrical systems.
  • The wolf or “lupus” form: The Wolf shape gives you speed and agility, helping you navigate the world; you can crawl through the vents and flex between the covers quickly to avoid being detected by the guards. This is especially useful if you’re trying to take out some enemies before a big fight or skip the fight entirely.

Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood is now available on Xbox Series X | S and Xbox One. Additionally, if you purchase the Day One Edition digitally, you will be eligible to download both the Xbox One digital version and the Xbox Series X digital version | S of this game.
