Apple will replace unresponsive iPhone 11 screens for free

Only iPhone 11 models manufactured during this period are included in the program. Other models, including the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max, are not. As always, affected device owners can choose from three routes they can take. They can find an Apple Authorized Service Provider, make an appointment at an Apple Store, or, if they can’t leave their home, contact Apple Support and arrange postal service through the Apple Repair Center. Those who have already had their screens fixed and paid for might get a refund as well, but they should talk to support to get the process started.
