Spencer notes that he was recently on the phone with Lisa Su from AMD (who makes the processor and GPU for Xbox’s next-gen consoles) asking “how can we get more?”. You can listen to Spencer’s quotes as part of Major Nelson “Closing out 2020” interview with the Xbox manager on his YouTube channel, where he also discusses the rollout of xCloud, his favorite games of the year, and more.
In other Phil Spencer’s news, Xbox Don said in November that console tribalism is “one of the worst things in the business”. In December, some UK politicians urged to ban console scalping and use of retail buying bots to fight against resale.
