I’m Commander Shepard and this is my favorite Mass Effect (not) inspired lamp on the Citadel. The BioWare Store made a triumphant return last year and every day it seems like the stock on offer is adding something new. While my personal bank account cries, my heart full of hope N7 is absolutely alive for this newly added omnidirectional acrylic LED light.
The latest BioWare Store temptation is actually quite affordable, at $ 23 and available now for pre-order. Shipping is expected to take place around March, although an exact date has not been confirmed at this time.
According to BioWare, here’s what interested buyers should know about the Omniblade Collection which is also very functional:

The lamp stands just over 10 inches tall and looks just as well lit as it is dormant. “This acrylic lamp takes the design of the Mass Effect Omni-Blade without the dangers associated with the melee weapon,” reads the official description of the lamp. “What looks like a futuristic, scorching dagger suspended in a mass effect field is actually an elegantly designed and cut acrylic plaque.
“The design takes on the style of a clean line art illuminated by LED light on the base. It creates a soft glow. It looks especially good in the dark when the clear acrylic disappears from view.”
