CD Projekt says Cyberpunk 2077 development details are ‘just plain wrong’

A representative for CD Projekt Red has deviated from company policy to say that widely circulated rumors about development decisions Cyberpunk 2077 from an alleged developer are “just plain bogus”. ThuFAQ, a forum post claiming to include comments from a disgruntled developer made several statements about cut content, code rewrites, pressure from company executives, and ongoing game fixes, even adding the unexpected detail that the company’s first Johnny Silverhand was inspired by David Hayter ‘Solid Snake and Cillian Murphy.
